The Poochinos:


James M. Schwinn Sr. asked us to help develop his animated property, The Poochinos.

 

Follow the Poochino family’s struggle to maintain their top dog status in the world of organized K-9 crime. When the Russian Mutts move in on their territory, Bully and his band of tough guys are forced to protect their status as the most feared and powerful crime family in New Yorkie City. They are… the Dog Mafia!

2A! wrote and designed this version of the property based on Jimmie’s original concept. We also designed the pitch package which was used to help shop the series. In addition, we produced multiple animated shorts for Dog Mafia, the first of which was a finalist in the NY Flash Forward 2004 Film Festival, and we even developed a graphic novel to further expand upon the universe.

Founded in 2001 by brothers Tom Costantini and Joe Costantini, 2A! creates content for animated series, shorts, music and explainer videos, commercial spots, games, apps and more.
