Farewell, Manga Squad was originally produced as a 3 episode series for Sony Pictures, then later strung together as a single pilot presentation.

Co-created by Bob Cesca and John Christian Plummer, the show focuses on an unlikely team of heroes called the Manga Squad. Their mission, travel through space in search of the only weapon strong enough to defeat the Nekro-Mart Retail Empire and save the Earth!

2A! handled all of the 2D animation sequences, which included character animation, prop and effects animation, and background designs. We also tackled the job of compositing all of the 3D robot and spaceship exteriors into the final episodes.
